What area does Bright Flame Ltd cover?
Bright Flame Ltd will cover all areas within the West Midlands. Dudley, Wolverhampton, Sandwell, Walsall, Birmingham, Solihull, Coventry, Staffordshire (including Stoke-on-Trent), Shropshire (including Telford and Wrekin), Worcestershire, Warwickshire and Herefordshire. If properties fall outside the area, an additional charge will be made.
What happens if the Bright Flame engineer finds the appliance is unsafe ?
Our Engineer will issue a written Warning Notice and shut down the appliance which is unsafe. We will discuss the problem with you on or from the site and follow up with a written quotation.
It is a offence to use, or allow the use of a gas appliance you know to be unsafe. In no circumstances should anyone reconnect a gas appliance that you have been told is unsafe, which has either been isolated or disconnected for safety reasons, until the fault has been rectified.

How do we know your Bright Flame engineer is Corgi registered?

What action do I take in the event of a gas escape?
If you smell gas or suspect there is a gas escape, you should immediately shut off the gas supply and contact the National Gas Emergency number on FREEPHONE 0800_111_999
